Custom training, built around your business.

At FWSR Group, safety isn’t delivered in silos.

Our services are intentionally integrated, so fire protection, height safety, gas detection and training all work together - just as they do in real workplaces.
We don’t just install systems or deliver training in isolation. We design, install, inspect, maintain and certify critical safety systems and deliver the nationally recognised training that supports people to use them correctly, safely and compliantly. For example, our height safety specialists can design and install anchor points, static lines, ladders and access systems, certify them to Australian Standards, and then our RTO delivers Working Safely at Heights training to ensure workers understand the equipment, hazards and rescue considerations specific to their site.

The same integrated approach applies across gas detection, confined space and fire protection. Our technicians inspect, calibrate and certify gas detection equipment, while our trainers deliver Confined Space Entry, Gas Test Atmospheres, Breathing Apparatus and rescue awareness training that reflects how the equipment is actually used in the field. In facilities management and fire protection, this integration extends to Emergency Planning in Facilities, Essential Safety Measures and Emergency Control Organisation training, ensuring systems, procedures and people are aligned before an emergency occurs.

For our customers, this means:

  • One consistent training partner, backed by the same team that designs, installs, certifies and maintains your safety systems
  • Training that reflects real equipment, real sites and real risks, not generic scenarios
  • Fewer providers to manage, with a streamlined approach across training, compliance and technical services
  • Qualified trainers and assessors who live and breathe safety, and stay across Australian Standards and changing compliance requirements
  • Practical, down-to-earth delivery that makes sense to workers and supports safer behaviour on site
  • Local training delivery across multiple branch locations, making it easier to schedule and support your workforce
  • Confidence that training aligns with your systems and procedures, helping your people go home safe at the end of the day
It’s a connected approach to safety, delivered by one team, with one purpose - protecting your most important asset, your people.

An emergency diagram is a written set of instructions that outlines how your people will safely evacuate in an emergency. It also includes critical information for emergency services responding to an incident at your site.
