From a small local team to statewide safety leaders.

FWSR Group was established in 2016, when FireWatch Services and Safety Results combined their expertise to create a new kind of fire protection and safety company - one focused not just on compliance, but on people.

What started as a small team of just five in regional Victoria has grown into a trusted, state-wide provider with nearly 100 employees across Shepparton, Melbourne, Bendigo/Ballarat, Mildura and Albury/Wodonga.

Our people are the backbone of our success. Many of our team have been with us since the early days, growing alongside the business and helping shape what FWSR Group has become. From fire technicians, sprinkler fitters and electricians to trainers, administrators and managers, our staff bring passion, expertise and a shared commitment to safety.

We take pride in the fact that we don’t subcontract. Every project is managed from start to finish by our own people, ensuring consistent quality, accountability and communication. With such a diverse range of trades under one roof, we deliver a seamless service - that’s the FWSR Group difference.

Growth through innovation and integrity

Over the past decade, FWSR Group has expanded from its regional roots to establish a strong metropolitan presence in Melbourne.

Led by Metropolitan Managing Director Mark Pinney, the Melbourne team specialises in routine maintenance, defect repairs, commissioning and compliance reporting for fire protection systems and equipment.

Today, they manage some of Victoria’s most impressive sites - from high-rise residential and commercial buildings to large industrial facilities and corporate clients - delivering the same quality, reliability and customer care that define our regional operations.

We’re proud to support clients across healthcare, education, manufacturing, industrial, commercial and government sectors, and to be recognised as a trusted name in Essential Safety Measures, fire protection, gas detection, height safety and Nationally Recognised Training.

At FWSR Group, we believe growth starts from within. Many of our staff have advanced their careers through internal development, from adult apprentices gaining their first trade qualification, to administration staff stepping into leadership roles.

Leading the way in innovation

Innovation is part of who we are. From introducing our Fire Extinguisher Recycling Program, which saves customers money while reducing landfill waste, to expanding our Registered Training Organisation and building purpose-built training facilities, we’re always looking for smarter, more sustainable ways to improve safety outcomes.
