FWSR Group has commenced dry fire installation works as part of the landmark Cathedral Square redevelopment in Bendigo.

Delivered in partnership with Nicholson Construction, the $30 million development at the Sacred Heart Cathedral precinct will create a significant new community and commercial destination within the Bendigo CBD.

FWSR Group has been engaged to deliver the dry fire package for the project, including the installation of a new Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) and Occupant Warning System (OWS) to protect the new facility, its future occupants and visitors.

Our scope of works includes design shop drawings, coordination with other trades, cabling and support installation, device installation and testing, integration with mechanical and security services, brigade monitoring and commissioning activities.

Currently under construction and due for completion in early 2027, the development will feature a range of new commercial and community spaces, including The Chocolaterie Bendigo as a major tenant.

Projects of this scale require close collaboration between builders, consultants and specialist trades to ensure all systems integrate seamlessly and meet compliance requirements.
